ANIMAL HEALING
Shamanic and Energy-Informed Healing for All Animals
Animals are exquisitely intuitive beings. They feel the emotional tone of a home, pick up on subtle shifts in the people around them, and embody stress or imbalance within the wider family they belong to, as well as other animals in the field next door!. Whether you live with dogs, cats, horses, small animals, farm animals or more unusual companions, all animals have their own emotions and energetic anatomy—and they are often far more sensitive than we realise.
When an animal becomes anxious, reactive, withdrawn, unsettled or simply “not quite themselves,” it is usually a sign that something deeper is happening within their system. Soulistic Animal Healing supports animals gently and respectfully, helping them release what they are carrying, find balance again, and return to a grounded, connected way of being.
Why Animals Benefit from Energetic Support
Animals communicate problems through energy first and behaviour second.
Many of them:
- absorb the emotional weight of the people they love
- hold tension from past experiences or early life disruptions
- become overwhelmed by changes in routine, relationships or territory
- experience grief or separation in ways that aren’t always visible
- react to discordant or unsettled environments
- lose energetic coherence after shock, illness or trauma
These influence how they show up in the world.
A confident animal may suddenly become unsure; a normally affectionate companion may withdraw; a steady horse may begin to spook or disconnect; small animals may subtly change their habits or presence.
These outward signs often reflect deeper energetic patterns that need attention—not discipline.
My Approach: Soulistic Animal Healing
Our work with animals follows the same principles that guide all Soulistic healing:
attunement, respect, curiosity, energetic engagement and systemic awareness.
Each session supports the animal to restore balance across their physical, emotional and energetic layers.
1. Energetic Assessment
I connect to the animal and ask them what they feel, what is going on for them. I attune to their energy to understand where there is depletion, fragmentation, overwhelm or emotional holding. This offers insights into both present and historical influences.
2. Clearing, Rebalancing & Integration
Using shamanic and energy-based methods, I help clear what the animal is carrying—whether their own stress or what they have absorbed from others. This supports the system to settle, reorient and integrate.
3. Soul-Level Support
Some animals lose power, confidence or inner orientation after trauma, relocation, separation or disruption. Soul-level work helps them reconnect with their instinctive wisdom and natural vitality.
4. Understanding the Whole System
Animals do not operate in isolation.
They are part of a relational field.
Often, their behaviour is a communication about the system itself.
I help you understand:
- what your animal may be holding
- how your emotional environment influences them
- what is needed to support continued healing
- how to create coherence and calm in the wider field
5. A Gentle, Respectful Process
Animals set the pace.
I listen to them and their story, understanding their cues, their boundaries. Healing is a collaborative, compassionate and attuned.

,How Sessions Work
Healing can be offered remotely or in person. Home visits can be arranged, especially for older animals or farm animals, but this incurs an additional charge.
Why This Approach Is Different
This work blends shamanic healing with your animals perception of the issue, so understanding your animal.
Please note: It is not behavioural training and does not replace veterinary treatment.
Instead, it addresses the underlying energetic and emotional patterns that shape behaviour, wellbeing and connection.
When the deeper layers shift, behaviour often changes naturally.
Clients frequently say they feel more connected to their animal afterwards, more attuned to what their companion has been carrying, and clearer about how to support the relationship moving forward.

Disclaimer
Soulistic Animal Healing is a complementary, energy-based approach designed to support the emotional, energetic and relational wellbeing of animals. It is not a substitute for veterinary care, medical diagnosis or behavioural training. I do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or offer veterinary advice.
If your animal is unwell, injured, in pain, or showing changes in behaviour that may indicate an underlying medical issue, please consult a qualified veterinary professional in the first instance.
Animal Healing should be seen as supportive alongside appropriate veterinary treatment, helping animals release stress, rebalance their system and integrate emotional or energetic shifts.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your animal’s health and welfare, and that healing outcomes vary depending on the individual animal and the wider system they belong to.
